About us

Abundant Life Community Church is a "non-denominational" congregation located in the city of Willoughby, Ohio. We are located one block south of Lake Erie.

Abundant Life was formed in 1985 and was originally called Dayspring Fellowship. During our history we have rented space at Garfield Elementary School in Willoughby Hills and the Kennedy Middle School in Eastlake. In 1999 we managed to purchase our own building in north Willoughby and that has been our home ever since.

Abundant Life is a part of the Association of Faith Churches and Ministers (AFCM). Pastor Dale Osborn is ordained through AFCM.

We value knowing God through our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe what Jesus said when He said "... you must be born again" (John 3:7). We highly value knowing the Bible, the Word of God, and using God's Word as the foundation for our daily lives.

And we value the community of faith, the local church. As important as it is to come together for worship and instruction in the Word of God it is equally important to come together for fellowship ... to do life together.

We believe that God desires all to be saved through confessing that Jesus is Lord and believing in the heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9-10). We also believe that God desires everyone to have a home church where they can be blessed and where they can be a blessing. We readily acknowledge that our church may not be for everyone. We also acknowledge that there are many good churches in our area. But if you live in or near Willoughby and you are looking for a church we simply ask that you come and check us out!
